Buyer protection

Version 0.2, updated 25 October 2026

When you pay through Kriraghor, the money is held safely and released only when you get what you paid for.

1. When the money is released

  • Venues: at check-in, or automatically after the booking, unless you open a dispute.
  • Shop orders: when you mark the order received, or automatically after delivery, unless you report a problem.
  • Hiring: when you confirm the job is done, or automatically after the period shown on the job, unless you open a dispute.
  • Gym passes: when the gym admits you, or when an unused pass expires.
  • Esports: entry fees stay held until results are final and prizes are paid.
  • Sports events: entry fees are paid to the organiser in two parts, after the first result and at the end.

2. If something goes wrong

Open a dispute from the booking, order or job and add evidence. While a dispute is open, the money stays held. Kriraghor staff review both sides and decide.

3. What isn't covered

  • Cash paid at a venue or to a seller directly.
  • Deals agreed outside Kriraghor, for example by phone after someone shares their number in a listing.
